The Spark Of Joy Will Ignite.

James seems to enjoy his role of counselor and advisor, so I come to him with questions often. I love his answers. Sometimes they are particularly potent and I find myself thinking on them for quite awhile. This one had me musing- there was such depth to it as I sat with his answer in meditation. I wanted to feel into it so when I offered the wisdom to my client it would come from something I felt and understood:

“Hey James, what do I tell my client who has lost her joy for life?”

James continued to graze on the grass, contemplating the question as he chewed. After a minute I heard and felt his answer:

“As she settles down deep into her body and feels the well of peace that resides there, the spark of joy will ignite.”
