As I sat with her, fully witnessing all she was feeling, we started to release a lot of the emotions trapped in her energy field. She let go of bitterness from her mouth, anger from her throat, sadness from her heart, betrayal from her belly, and loneliness seemed to pour out from the very center of her core. She felt what it was like to not contain energy, but to find the flow, the release, the true letting go.

Sometimes glory is in the hidden and the unspoken.
