HEALING GENERATIONAL AND ANCESTRAL TRAUMA

If you have found your way to this page, you are most likely destined to help lighten the cyclical load of your ancestral line. As we invest in our own healing and do the necessary shadow work, we have the opportunity to heal not only ourselves, but our entire family history. Lightworkers, starseeds, empaths and other sensitives are often the souls who agreed to such a mission. It’s a beautiful thing. You can be the cycle breaker and set yourself free at the same time!

To start, begin by looking at the patterns going on in your life and in your family. How is your story the same as your siblings, and as your parents and grandparents? The circumstances may look different, but what are the similar threads and patterns? What limiting beliefs do you all hold? Is there a pattern that keeps reoccurring in your family line, or is there something that keeps happening in your life regardless of how hard you try to change or fix it?

When we carry, hold and store the same wounding that has been passed down between parent and child for generations, we end up playing out the same cycles and patterns in our own lives, creating an endless loop that affects our ability to thrive. If you feel as though you have been “cursed” and a pattern keeps repeating, regardless of all the inner work you have done, it is time to do some ancestral trauma release and end your suffering! You can re-write the patterns of your ancestors into a new reality and shift your life for good.

As an example of generational trauma, let’s say that you feel guilty whenever you do anything good for yourself like take a day off from work, receive a massage, or buy something you really want that you can easily afford. Well, most likely this feeling comes from your experience growing up with your mother or father or other caregiver. In a session together, I will guide you through the process of doing a motherline or fatherline healing and some forgiveness work specific to this feeling of guilt with treating yourself well. Together we will release the pattern for the entire generational line by removing energetic cords or bindings, changing the familial contracts, and doing some epigenetic clearing. Through quite simple processes, we can efficiently remove the guilt and related emotions that have been harbored in your body, repattern your thoughts around giving to yourself, and open up a new trajectory so your experience positively shifts going forward. The secret sauce is in bringing the perfect combination of healing tools together to create lasting changing and forward momentum. I am here to do that with you!

    • Understanding complicated joints including the knee, SI joint and shoulder • The importance of being grounded and internally awake through feet, pelvic floor and psoas • The function and relationship of the abdominals to the practice and the body • How to recognize and work with scoliosis • Cultivating a healthy back and taking care of back problems • Why energy anatomy is relevant and important to a balanced practice • How acupuncture and bodywork can be informative tools that support a healing yoga practice
