We can imagine the Akashic Records as a gigantic metaphysical library or database that holds energetic imprints at a fourth-dimensional density. Every time we have a significant emotional event, it is stored as a Record. In this “library,” Records are not stored linearly as in the order of lives lived or chronologically from birth to death. Instead they are stored by similar patterns of thoughts, emotions, events and experiences which we call a resonance field.

But, what does that mean for us and our healing? To dissolve a pattern of behavior, thought or experience in this lifetime, we can tap into the associated resonance field stored in the Akashic Records. When we look into the Akashic Records to help us heal, the “memory” involves several components that are currently being held in that resonance field. These elements can include an initial trigger or event, cords and contracts with self or anyone connected to the Record, a stuck point or anchor in the physical body, and information (keys and codes) that is stored in the Record’s energy grid. By doing some specific steps to “close out” that Akashic Record, we break the repetitive cycle, and dispel the emotional charge and the entire resonance field that is affecting us in this lifetime.
