Wisdom From A Horse

A friend of mine came to the barn with me recently to meet my horse James.

Her energy was ungrounded and guarded due to some emotional trauma that was still very present in her field. Normally James isn't very tolerant of that kind of energy, but something about her intrigued him.

James got very still and attentive.

He exhaled.

I tuned into James as the two of them connected. Telepathically I heard James say:

"You have to soften in order for the peace to soak in."

When I shared with my friend what James said, her body crumbled into softness right before my eyes and the healing tears began to flow.
