Sit With The Moon

James' energy has felt a little quieter this past week. It is like he's mirroring the shift into the winter season. We finally had our first snow here and it is colder now, too. I asked James to share his wisdom as we experience the final month of the year:
"Take what comes. Just roll with it. We are all wrapping things up as we wrap up the year. There is a finishing, a completing. It is happening deep inside of everyone, too. Not all are aware. But, many are tuned to both the inner and outer frequencies for they are not really that different, as one reflects the other.
"Notice the fullness of the moon. It is quite spectacular. In that fullness there is a completion, just like there is a completion in a sunset, and now the moon has already has started to wane. Where is that true in our own lives? Let things wane. Help the waning along by finishing up those projects. Let go of what is ready to go. Complete what you've started. End what wants to end.
"Then, get really quiet. Sit with the moon. Sit with your cat. Turn off all sound. Get still and be the exhale. Feel the finishing. Feel the sunset. Feel the wane. Relish in the completeness of the year. Savor it. Don't move your thoughts to next year. Don't let your mind move to what is next. The pure bliss, the contentment of now is in the finishing, the completeness, the ending, the wrap up.
"You did it. We all did it. And, that yields peace. Let that peace in. Be the exhale."
Love, James
