Pause.

“This is a good time to rest.

Take some time to slow before things speed up.

Pause.

Reflect.

Surrender.

Gather wisdom from inside, not outside.

And, drink your water.

I am aware of that phrase ‘You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.’

But, I’m drinking my water!

You should, too.

Hydrate and rest.

We all deserve a pause.”
