Time Will Tell

There is a common thread among my clients lately. They are expressing that they feel "stuck in an abyss" and are "so busy but nothing in my life moves forward" and "I'm energized one day and exhausted the next." They want to know what's going on and what's next, and they want answers "to all of it." Now!

I asked James for his take on what so many are experiencing:

"Time will tell. All the things you want to know? Time will tell. Be in the moment the best you can. You'll miss life if you are too caught up in trying to figure it all out when we can't anyway. Witness. Watch. Listen. To yourself. To what is out there in the world. Be an observer. You will develop a quiet knowing if you don't react, but just witness. Don't push against what you can't change. Just watch like it is a movie playing out instead of getting caught up in the game.

"Then come back to your sacred circle. The people, the animals, the places that are closest to your heart. Let yourself linger there. With your hair down. And just whistle with the land, breathe with the trees, and sing with the birds. Believe all is well. Trust time. Trust the orchestration of events. Eat something that you enjoy. Take nature in with all of your senses. Allow things to feel divine! Play. Know that we are all divine. Every single one of us."

Love, James
