When James has a big share, I can barely transcribe fast enough. His words come through with speed, and they are layered with emotion, tone, context, and images. Sometimes I just don’t get it all. What James has to share flows into my field of senses and awareness, and then fades out as fast as it came in! Slow down, James. Can we keep it at a canter instead of a full gallop??!! Lol.
Here’s his message this week. Or, here’s as much of his message as I could catch!
“It’s time to get back to our bodies. They don’t need to be perfect. I’m not talking about eating impeccably or exercising really hard or trying to do everything right. How do we define all of that anyway? I’m speaking of how we follow our body’s guidance; how we listen to our body’s messages. It’s about coming back home, and that means settling into ourselves and being fully present so our bodies can inform us.
Humans need to relearn how to listen. Humans move way too much from the brain and not nearly enough from the body. We collect our wisdom from our bodies. The brain just creates a language for the body’s intelligence. You’ve been teaching people how to listen and trust their body’s messages, and how to center and ground themselves back into their physical home. That’s very good. Humanity needs that more than ever. That’s where it is at. What we are looking for is all libraried in our cells. And, it’s the gateway to our peace.” —James
Libraried- I like James’ new word!
