I Am Still 007

Having completed my yoga practice, I sat down with a cup of hot ginger tea. It is exceptionally cold here in Colorado right now, and I was appreciating the warmth of my home, knowing that I would be going outside later to check on James and make sure he gets an extra big meal for the calories he needs. I've been watching James eat the hay lately, and despite his recent visit with the equine dentist, he is balling up the hay in his mouth and seems to spit out more than he consumes. A plight often of older horses.
As I sipped my tea, I tuned into James to receive a message to share. James at first had a more personal message for me, although there was an undercurrent that felt collective:
"I'm still 007. I'm still 007. (That was James' show name.) Even though we don't show anymore and I don't put on my stellar performance energy, I'm still your steed. I'm still your show horse. I still shine for you. It's just gentler now. More subtle. But, it's still there. It's still strong inside me. It is just in a different way now. I know you see it, and I know you honor it. You honor me. And that is such a gift. You see what others cannot. Or don't want to see. Or just miss. And, I am grateful. I appreciate that. Don't let anyone diminish your light. You're my 007. Thank you for honoring me. Sometimes glory is in the hidden and the unspoken."
Ok. Well, I was transcribing that message through a well of tears! Then James gave his next message to a specific part of the collective:
"For all those souls out there creating magic quietly, seemingly unnoticed, feeling unacknowledged for your quiet brilliance, know that I see you. I recognize you. I honor you, too. You are like fairies tiptoeing through the night with little wands sprinkling fairy dust and light wherever you go. 'Lightworkers,' they call you. You're powerful. And, you are enough. Definitely enough."
Love, James
Wow. I'm trusting that someone out there needs to hear that.
